Â鶹ÊÓƵ Tech student selected for Women’s Open Cisco Dream Team
Brooklyn Park, June 28, 2023 – Â鶹ÊÓƵ student Liviya Strong has been named to the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open Cisco Dream Team.
Cisco selected two women from across the United States for this prestigious internship at a premier international golf event, the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open Championship in Pebble Beach, California.
Strong is a student in Â鶹ÊÓƵ Tech’s and she will represent the program when she travels to Pebble Beach from June 28 to July 10. She will work alongside Cisco engineers to deploy and support the technologies used at the event.
Strong was nominated for the internship by Â鶹ÊÓƵ Tech faculty member Joan Bernard.
Golf Digest magazine is creating a video series on Strong’s journey. The first features video of all the interns learning about their selection on the Dream Team.
