Tabling
Thank you for considering tabling on campus at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. As noted in the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech policy 6HTC1.1: scheduled use of a particular area of campus supersedes any unscheduled use, even when scheduling is not a requirement for a particular campus facility.
Individuals or groups approved to use a particular area or facility on campus will be given confirmation identifying the time, date, and location of the use of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech facilities. Approved users should have confirmation available for inspection at the time of the use of the facilities.
Individuals, groups, and organizations who wish to use Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech facilities should provide sufficient notice of a desired use. For internal organizations, three days notice is preferred and for outside organizations 2 weeks notice is preferred. Some requests may require additional notice.
On campus tabling guests are provided a 6 foot table with black tablecloth, and two chairs in a common area of college for the duration of their visit.
Any additional needs or requests should be made via email to slcd@hennepintech.edu with at least 10 days’ notice. The message must include the exact phrase [Tabling Request] in the subject of the email in addition to any other desired text.
