Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech collects information in a variety of ways. Listed below are the results of a variety of surveys conducted at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech. Surveys will be administered on a rotational basis.
Employee Satisfaction Survey
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech uses an instrument to measure Employee Satisfaction called the Personal Assessment of the College Environment (PACE). This allows for comparison data not only with national institutions, but also within the MinnState community. It will be administered on a two-year cycle.
Graduate Statistics
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech's Career Services annually conducts a Graduate Follow-up Survey of all Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech graduates using the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MinnState) guideline. The surveys are collected in print format, by telephone and online. The summary report is based on data of the total number of graduate majors rather than the number of individuals graduated. An individual awarded a double major will be counted in each major.
Graduate Employer Survey Results
Each year following the MinnState Graduate Follow-up Survey, identified employers from our recent graduates are surveyed regarding their satisfaction and preparedness of our graduates. The results of those surveys are here.

IPEDS (Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System) Feedback Reports
The IPEDS Feedback report allows for comparison of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech to other similar institutions on a variety of data points. All the data contained in the feedback report is collected from the institutions IPEDS reporting.

Student Success Accountability Metrics
Surveys No Longer Being Administered
Listed below are the results of a variety of surveys that were previously administered at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech.
Administered through the Center for Community College Engagement at the University of Texas, Austin, this survey focuses on the student's engagement with the institution. This survey indicates what is working and what needs improvement in the area of student activities and engagement with faculty, staff and fellow students. The survey is administered every two years. There is comparison data for MinnState institutions.
National Community College Benchmark Project
Administered through the Center for Community College Student Engagement at the University of Texas at Austin, this information focuses on new students to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech. This survey provides information on what is working and what needs improvement in our student's earliest experiences with the college.
Employee Engagement Survey
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Tech will conduct Gallup Q12 an Employee Engagement Survey every 2-3 years. Gallup researchers spent decades writing and testing hundreds of questions because their wording and order mean everything when it comes to accurately measuring employee engagement. This research resulted in Gallup’s Q12 survey – the 12 questions that measure the most important elements of employee engagement.

Student Aid
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ received $7,712,000 in CARES, CRRSAA, and ARPA funds for student aid. Below you will find information about the funds distributed through HEERF.
Institutional Aid
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ also received institutional emergency aid under the federal CARES HEERF, Sections 18004(a)(1) Institutional Portion and received aid under Section 18004(a)(2). See the links below for more information about the institutional emergency aid and required reporting of these funds.
